Workout MAY2015

This last month - May - I've recovered some good habits, first milestone I wanted to achieve was going to the gym at least 3 times a week. I think I got it, indeed reaching 4 and 5 times a week sometimes.
Second milestone was related to healthy food, something that left my life since I'm father of two. This one was not reached by a long shot. I must admit that my diet is worst ever. Sandwiches, fast and fried food are my day by day basis. Please slap me.
Last goal was a calendar I've seen some months ago, I wanted to be able to match it but, for now and with my situation, it's kinda imposible... but I promise keep pushing!.
